You had ampersands in your file names, which were stripped on upload (the system does this for security reasons with all non-alphanumeric characters). This caused the md5 to mismatch and fail. Delete the existing md5 and we'll rerun the derive task for ya.

It was still there when I looked so I deleted it myself. Rerunning now.

For some reason the md5 keeps coming up. Just deleted it again, reran the derive and confirmed that everything passed. Give it an hour or so.
